and leisure travellers, with beautifully designed private and communal spaces.
The delivery of a new cultural destination, including high-quality creative workspaces for artists, creative enterprises, and the local community on the ground floor.
A captivating new live cultural venue which will include performance and rehearsal space, a screening room, artists’ and makers’ studios, and a wellness space.
The delivery of a number of new jobs to Watford, including c. 240 jobs over a two-year construction period, as well as c. 190 direct jobs, proposed new jobs on-site through the operation of the hotel, which is c. 165 more than currently onsite.
A highly sustainable project from both an environmental and a social value standpoint, including improving the site's operational performance and providing accommodation that lasts.
