&Soul and Infinite Partners are bringing forward proposals for the regeneration of 30 – 40 St Albans Road.
The emerging proposals seek to create and deliver a new, exemplary design-led lifestyle hotel for creatives, entrepreneurs, and visitors. This includes a new cultural space across two floors which will include a multifunctional co-working and café space, performance and rehearsal space, artists’ studios, and a wellness space. We envisage this being a new cultural destination for Watford which will interact and partner with existing cultural spaces in the area.
Here, you can find out more about the site and the emerging proposals and share your feedback. Views from the neighbours are a crucial approach to designing the scheme as we move forward, so please visit the ‘Join the Conversation’ page to find out more and share your thoughts on the plans.
